Booking & Cancellations
All online sessions must be secured through our digital interface. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session at Kramgasse 15 or via digital link are subject to a 100% processing fee. We respect the precision of our schedule as much as the precision of our data.
Payments are processed in CHF through secure laboratory-grade encryption. Refunds for completed nutritional analyses are not permitted due to the personalized nature of the metabolic data generated.
Digital Botanical Assets
All content, including macro-photography, metabolic diagrams, and proprietary nutritional formulas found on this site, are the exclusive property of NutriSupport Bern.
